Boil the spaghetti in salted water.
Put the minced meat in a deep bowl, add salt, basil and pepper to taste. You can take any spices you want.
Finely chop the onion and put it in a bowl of minced meat - then the meatballs will turn out to be juicier. Also add the egg.
Heat vegetable oil in a skillet. Form meat balls with a diameter of 3-4 cm and fry them over low heat for 5 minutes.
Pour the tomato into the pan, add dried basil, chopped garlic and spices. Stir and cook covered for 15 minutes on low heat.
When the spaghetti is cooked al dente, drain the water and place the pasta in the skillet. Stir.
Add shredded cheddar cheese and stir, turn off heat and let sit, covered, for 5 minutes.
Serve spaghetti with meatballs hot or warm. You can add fresh aromatic basil or other herbs.
