The tzatziki sauce is an easy and tasty sauce that be used as both dressing and a dip sauce. It is important to note that to enjoy an authentic taste of tzatziki sauce, it is best to leave it to chill for about an hour after preparation.
- 2 containers of yogurt. It is going to be about 8 ounces.
- 2 Cucumbers.
- 1/2 Raw lemon
- 1 tbsp Spices, including fresh dill
- 3 Cloves raw garlic
- Olive oil
- Combine yoghurt, cucumber, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, dill as well as garlic. Process it until it is seamlessly blended. Make sure there are no lumps.
