The tzatziki sauce is an easy and tasty sauce that be used as both dressing and a dip sauce. It is important to note that to enjoy an authentic taste of tzatziki sauce, it is best to leave it to chill for about an hour after preparation.

Tzatziki sauce and ingredients.

 2 containers of yogurt. It is going to be about 8 ounces.
 2 Cucumbers.Peeled and raw
 ½ Raw lemonWith Peel
 1 tbsp Spices, including fresh dill
 3 Cloves raw garlic
 Olive oil

Combine yoghurt, cucumber, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, dill as well as garlic. Process it until it is seamlessly blended. Make sure there are no lumps. 


When done, pour it into another dish. Cover it properly and refrigerate it for an hour to get the best flavor. You can also add parsley, mint, and thyme.
