Ingredients
- 1 lb Gnocchi
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1 tbsp Garlic Minced
- 1 tbsp All-Purpose Flour
- 3/4 cup Milk
- 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 1/4 cup Fontina/ Gruyere Shredded
- 1/3 cup Parmigiano-Reggiano Shredded
- Salt & White Pepper
- Basil or Parsley Leaves For Garnish
Instructions
- Heat the oven at 375 degree Fahrenheit.
